1.Most orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched.

2.As we ship from our global warehouses, orders may arrive anytime from 1-4 weeks* from the day of dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world. We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable.

3.If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see the status or simply email us on service@aiiloves.com and we can tell you the status of your order.

The buyer hereby agrees to apply for a replacement or refund in accordance with the return and refund policy only in the following cases
(1) The buyer did not receive the goods;
(2) The product is defective and/or damaged during delivery;
(3) The seller sends goods that do not meet the agreed specifications (such as wrong size, color, etc.) to the buyer;
(4) The goods received by the buyer are substantially inconsistent with the description of the goods published by the seller
(5) According to the agreement privately reached with the seller (such as changing the size and color), the seller did not deliver the goods as required

Return conditions
The buyer should ensure that the goods returned to the seller must remain in the state when the buyer received the goods. We recommend that the buyer take a photo of the goods immediately when they receive the goods.

Commodity return shipping responsibility
(1) For errors that cannot be foreseen by the seller (for example, damaged or wrong goods are delivered to the buyer), the seller will bear the transportation cost of the buyer's return;
(2) In the event that the buyer changes his mind, the buyer should return the product if the seller agrees to return it, and the buyer will bear the freight.

Refund of returned goods
The buyer must wait until the seller confirms that the returned product has been received, meets the return conditions, and confirms that the condition of the product has not been damaged before receiving the refund.
