Return and Refund Policy

Returns Procedures

Please mail the completed after-sales service form, product(s), packaging and free gift (if applicable) to us as soon as possible. You may choose to mail your return to our office at your own cost and risk (including any shipping fee, taxes and duties) from the return. You may also return them to one of the Egoodhome stores in Hong Kong or China. If you plan on returning the product(s) to one of the Egoodhome  stores, please present your Egoodhome  invoice as well. Should you have any enquiry, please contact Customer Service to make the arrangements.

Refunds

Upon receiving and checking the returned product in good condition, the price of the order would be refunded to your credit/debit card or account used for the purchase within 4-6 weeks.

 

Please pay attention to the following Refund Policy:

  • For refunds of Hong Kong and Overseas orders, 10% of order amount would be charged as a handling charge; for China orders, RMB50 would be charged.
  • If the order comes with free premiums or gifts, they must also be returned. If they were not completely returned, extra 10% of order amount or the value of the premium or gift may be charged for Hong Kong and Overseas customers (whichever higher); and China customers would not get a refund.
  • The actual times of the refund are subject to availability on the vendor or bank concerned.
  • Non-refundable items: Please note that special handling fees and taxes or duties paid or payable by you at the time of purchase are non-refundable. However, you may be able to claim local taxes or customs charges back directly from your local customs office.
  • Return requests made outside of the 14-day policy will be accepted at the discretion of Egoodhome .

Returns

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels are lost in transit. If you bought from aiiloves and received your packages within 30 days, we can offer you refund or exchange, in other words, we will not arrange returns for orders over 30 days.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be original-packed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses. Otherwise, the package will not be delivered. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@aiiloves.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@aiiloves.com
Notes: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note: If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.Cancellation Policy Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
